Gwyneth Paltrow recommends a $15K adult toy on Goop (NSFW).

Ladies, if you're looking to "get off" in style, head on down to Gwyneth Paltrow's health guru site Goop. On Goop, you will find her top pick for the one adult toy that is sure to 'take you away to paradise.'
Say hello to Lelo Inez, a 24-karat gold dildo. This fine piece of adult merchandise is reasonably priced at cool $15K.

If the classy massager is too rich for your blood, Madam Paltrow has several other toys in her chest that you can choose from:
  • Agent Provocateur Cat Whip in Black/Gold: Retails at $535
  • Lelo Adore Me Pleasure Set (cuffs are made of silk and suede <ooh la la!>): Retails at $189.
If the above two items are still too rich for your blood, you might be interested in the Fetish Fantasy Gold Beginner's Fantasy Kit. This kit retails around $37.99.

Ms. Paltrow has been vocal about sexuality for the past couple of years, saying that women can still have a great sex life and juggle home and work life (Who can argue with that?). The adult toys on her lifestyle site, however, are a recent occurrence, as she has begun a series on all things sex-related.

My Two Cents

Soooo, the golden wand of pleasure is ONLY $15K?
*checks pockets*
Hmm...sorry, I'm broke, but I have some lovely pocket lint.

Let's be serious here. $15K may seem like chump change to the likes of Paltrow, but to us laywomen and laymen, that is a down payment on a house (full payment if you are wanting a tiny home). That is money that could pay off student loans. That is money that could be used to buy a car. You can't buy a house with that golden compass. You can't buy a car with it either. Sure, you can 'get off' with it, but where will you be 'getting off?' The car and house you don't have because you spent it on a buzzing, cold contraption that was recommended by an actress? Please. Save your money for something important (my birthday is in December...shhhh... LOL! Just kidding...No really, it is in December but I don't want anything, except to be a writer).
