Bernie Sanders' campaign reportedly has less than $6 million left. Is this the beginning of the end for Bernie?

Democratic hopeful Bernie Sanders has made YUGE strides this year in getting his revolution started. Unfortunately, it looks as if the momentum is beginning to lose its steam.

A couple of days ago, it was reported that Bernie's campaign had less than $6 million as of May 1st. This will make it tough for the Democratic favorite to pull one over on opponent Hillary Clinton, who clearly has more money in her arsenal.

Reports state that, since the beginning of the year, he has spent over $40 million. When he started his presidential bid, he has spent almost $207 million, which is a lot more than what Clinton has spent since entering the race.

Sanders' campaign began taking steps recently in order to spend money. One thing he did that caused mild scrutiny was reduce his payroll from 1,000 employees to less than 400 employees.
The Bern man is committed to taking his fight to the final primary on June 14 in DC.

He is looking to California, which will be an expensive state to campaign in. He is reaching out to his supporters and asking them to donate what they can to continue the revolution.
Is it possible for Bernie to crush Hillary in a major state like California, or will money stall his efforts? Time will tell. The California primary takes place on June 7.

My Two Cents

I like Bernie Sanders, I really do. I even voted for him in my state's primary. Unfortunately, this campaign is a money game. Clinton and Trump both have deep pockets. The thing that Sanders has that the other candidates don't have is heart. I believe Bernie will do everything in his power to take his fight all the way to the end. He does need a lot of financial help in order to maintain his momentum.

If you're a Bernie supporter, he needs you. You can donate here.
