She showed up at a courthouse with photographic evidence and was awarded a temporary restraining order. Today, we are learning more about their marriage. Heard, 30, has disclosed that Depp, 52, abused her during the 4 years they were together. She also stated that the abuse occurred when Depp was drunk and on drugs. According to TMZ, Amber Heard claims that Depp was " barely ever sober " during their 15 month marriage. The only time Depp wasn't drinking and using, was when he was shooting a movie. After he was done with a movie, he went back to using. She also claims that Depp became increasingly paranoid, and suffered from constant delusions and heightened aggression. Heard requested $50K in spousal support, which was denied. Articles are circulating that the police do not believe her...

Here's what we know so far: Shortly after Depp's mother dies, Heard files for divorce from Depp. After that, Depp files paperwork to make sure Heard doesn't take his $400 million fortune. Now, Amber Heard claims that Depp abused her throughout their marriage. She arrived at court with pictures of her bruises; her lawyer accompanied her. People at the courthouse saw a bruise on her face, which she claims came from Depp on Saturday night. A restraining order was filed, citing that there is a possibility of immediate harm. Johnny Depp has been out of town since Wednesday, promoting his new movie. Depp's lawyer appeared in court on Depp's behalf. My Two Cents Normally, I would side with the woman being abused. However, I don't trust Amber Heard as far as I can throw her. My gut instinct (which tends to be correct a lot of the time) tells me that she is  just getting back at him for filing...

Rumor has it that the divorce is due to the fact that Depp's family disliked her intensely. Things reached a boiling point when Depp moved his mother onto the property the former couple shared together. Depp's mother often complained that Heard was using her son for his money. Next for the couple is a battle for Johnny Depp's $400 million fortune. Apparently, Heard and Depp never signed a prenup. My Two Cents I've been in Heard's shoes. I was seriously involved with someone and their family disliked me. It can be a stressor on the relationship. However, I cannot sympathize with someone who files for divorce after a spouse's parent dies. Who does that?! That seems a bit shady to me. Way to be a supportive partner, Amber! #dirtbag
