Candace Cameron Bure announces release date for 'Fuller House' season two.

Image
Photo Credit: laughspin After season one of 'Fuller House' won over the hearts of millions of viewers, we were left wondering when we can expect season two. Well, Candace Cameron Bure has gifted us the release date, and it's sooner than we all thought! On today's segment of 'The View,' the actress/co-host/author announced that season two of 'Fuller House' will be released on December 9 (of this year, ya'll!). Candace Cameron Bure stated that the show will cover many special events and holidays. "I'm super excited our season this year is very holiday themed. We have a Halloween show, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Eve, and lots of family." Along with those special events, you can also expect a bountiful supply of special guests. My favorite boy band from back in the day, New Kids on the Block, will be guest starring, along with Hal Sparks. Sparks will be playing the grown-up version of DJ Tanner's ex-boyfriend Nelson ...

This is not a drill: New Kids on the Block to make appearance on 'Fuller House!'

Image
Every 1990s tween/teen remembers the ultimate boy band New Kids on the Block. Before NSYNC and Backstreet Boys, we had Joey, Jordon, Jonathan, Donnie, Danny, and Mark. Girls swooned at the cuties, and they had posters hung up of their favorite 'New Kid.' They were THE ACT of the 1980s and 1990s. Decades later, they are still "hangin tough!"  In fact, our first celeb crushes are gracing us with their presence on season 2 of 'Fuller House!' If you follow Candace Cameron Bure, Jodie Sweetin, and/or Andrea Barber on social media, you know these girls still swoon over the men in this boy band. Candace Cameron Bure and Andrea Barber regularly get together to go to their concerts. Anyways, I digress. On Thursday, the ladies of 'Fuller House' shared a photo of themselves decked out in NKOTB gear. According to TV Guide, the band will make a cameo after Stephanie (Jodie Sweetin) and Kimmy (Andrea Barber) mess up DJ's (Candace Cameron Bure) birthday pl...

Has the cast of 'Fuller House' given up on the Olsen Twins appearing on the show?

Image
If 'Full House' fans were hoping against all hopes that Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen would appear on 'Fuller House,' I hate to break it to you, but it will NEVER happen. According to 'Fuller House' star Jodie Sweetin , the cast has given up on persuading the twins to appear. "We've tried everything. I think we've kinda given up." According to the Olsen Twin's Wiki pages, both have "retired" from acting in order to pursue opportunities in the fashion industry. The 30-year-old twins already have a multi-billion dollar empire selling apparel, make up, and more. (In that respect, we can't really blame the two women for not wanting to appear. Fashion is their thing, and neither one has acted in several years). Jodie Sweetin did tease that the show's second season will have plenty of celebrity appearances. The second season of 'Fuller House' is currently in production and has no release date (more than likely it...

Fuller House: Scott Weinger, John Brotherton, and Juan Pablo Di Pace are now series regulars!

Image
Photo Credit: DakkikaOrg Everywhere you look...we see more and more news about season two of Fuller House. Well, get ready for some testosterone-filled news: We will be seeing A LOT more of Steve, Matt, and Fernando. All three men have been promoted to series regulars! According to Deadline and TVline, the (former) loves of DJ and Kimmy's lives will have important storylines in the upcoming season. We will see Steve move on with a "clone of DJ" named CJ. We will also see Matt move on with someone new. As for Fernando, his storyline isn't being released to the public, but I'm sure it will be equally as passionate as it was in the first season. Photo Credit: DakkikaOrg I have to ask though, why bring Steve back? He turned into the biggest creeper I've ever seen (I mean, I'm pretty sure his character has a room dedicated to DJ Tanner photos. What happened to his character to make him turn so creepy? He's way too desperate). I can't even w...

Jodie Sweetin talks 'Dancing With The Stars' and season two of 'Fuller House.'

Image
Photo Credit: Hello Giggles Our hearts were broken when Jodie Sweetin was eliminated from 'Dancing With The Stars' last week. She has since moved on to greener pastures. Season 2 of 'Fuller House' is in production, and Sweetin recently  spoke to a reporter about who she is rooting for on 'DWTS,' and who her season two love interest might be. When asked about who she is rooting for on 'DWTS,' she named: Nyle DiMarco! " I love Nyle! I got to work with him and dance with him in our group number and I have a soft spot for him, he's so wonderful and so sweet... I hope he does great ." When it comes to 'Fuller House,' Sweetin, 34, revealed hints of what we can expect from Stephanie Tanner in the upcoming season: " Stephanie finally gets a boyfriend. Who it is, is a really fun surprise. So I think fans are going to enjoy that. There could be a connection to [someone from] Full House ." My Two Cents Okay. I have be...

Jodie Sweetin responds to Miley Cyrus' old photo of her.

Image
Recently, Miley Cyrus posted an old photo of actress Jodie Sweetin straddling a man during a wild night out. The man's face was blurred out, but Dave Coulier's face was edited onto it to appear as if Sweetin was straddling him. What was Jodie Sweetin's response? "I don’t pay attention to negative stuff. I have so much good stuff going on in my life right now that I try not to pay attention.” She added that she doesn't think it's worth it for people to pay attention to negativity. Miley Cyrus reacted to Jodie Sweetin's response, and it was pretty senseless. " Current Mood #fullerhouse only you freaks take this as shaming! To me it looks like Stephanie is having a f**king gay ol time!" My Two Cents: You know, I had hopes that Miley Cyrus had straightened up after going back with Liam Hemsworth. Guess not. What she said and did was beyond insulting. Yes, Jodie has a past that consisted of drug use. However, she sought help and she ha...

Candace Cameron Bure slammed by fans over 'Fuller House' scenes and "racy outfits."

Image
Everywhere Candace Cameron Bure looks, she sees someone hating on her new show 'Fuller House.' The openly conservative 39-year-old came under fire by her Christian fans for her "provocative attire," alcohol drinking scenes, and the two same-sex kisses that occurred later in the season. Christian fans took to her Facebook fan page to express their disappointment. One fan wrote: "We were promised over and over again and that this would be family friendly show that we loved in the original Full House." Another said: "Fuller House is disappointing. There were some good points, but sadly, they were overshadowed by the very ugly parts." Perhaps the biggest outcry came from this commenter who said the following: "I waited a long time to watch this and I was so excited, but the gay/lesbian act scenes uh NO..the profanity used, and the lack of clothing on some were just a huge disappointment..If you're going to state youre a Christian ...

'Fuller House' renewed for a second season!

Image
The good folks over at Netflix just announced that Fuller House will be renewed for a second season. Fans of the original show raved about the first season of the reboot, and demanded that there be a second season. Critics of the reboot stand by their word that the reboot is terrible. Hmm... I have said this multiple times, but I remember when critics said the same thing about 'Full House' season one. I don't think the critics should give up on this reboot just yet. This reboot has its own magic, and it deserves to have more time. I couldn't be happier that the show is coming back for a second season. I loved the first season! Watch the announcement below: Your list will get even fuller.Fuller House Season 2. Coming soon to Netflix. Posted by Fuller House on Wednesday, March 2, 2016 Netflix, when you say that season two is "coming soon," does that mean next year? Fans want to know. Sound off: What would you like to see happen in season ...

"Fuller House:" Did it live up to its hype?

Image
*FYI, no direct spoilers in this post. I dance around a couple of things, but nothing direct.* For some time now, we have all been counting down the weeks, days, hours, minutes, and seconds until the Tanners would be back in our lives. At 3am EST "Fuller House" went live on Netflix. As I awoke from a deep slumber, I immediately turned on Netflix and started the show. I will tell you that I shouldn't have been drinking hot coffee while reliving all of the nostalgia. Almost burned myself a few times. I digress. Fuller House did deliver on its nostalgia, but it also delivered a lot of originality. They imported a lot of modern technology into the mix, but also kept it down-to-earth. The Tanner girls: DJ Tanner is definitely what you would expect her to be as an adult. She is maternal, warm, loving, and her father's daughter. She did have her fair share of drama during the season, but she made decisions based on what would make her happy (and her sons happy). ...

Reviewers 'having a cow' over "Fuller House."

Image
"Fuller House" might be in trouble before it even starts. In a couple of days , millions of Netflix subscribers will revisit the Tanner family. DJ Tanner-Fuller is a widowed mother of three boys. DJ's best friend Kimmy Gibbler, and DJ's younger sister Stephanie Tanner, move in with DJ to help her raise her kids. Together, familiar times are had by all. If critic reviews are to be believed, it looks as if "Fuller House" is missing the mark. According to reviewers, "Fuller House's" pilot is "painful to watch." Critics praised the Olsen twins for opting out of the show, due to how awful the show is. 'Variety' called the reboot "self-obsessed." They also said that those who enjoyed the original show may find it enjoyable, due to the nostalgia. AP review says that the show will only please fans, and no one else. Hope isn't lost though. Some reviewers liked the reboot. Newsday gave the show a B+ rating, and ...

Would Candace Cameron Bure be 'on board' with a LGBT storyline on 'Fuller House?'

Image
We all know how deeply conservative Candace Cameron Bure is. For the past several years, she has been extremely vocal about her Christian faith. Now that she is returning to sitcom TV, would she be able to handle being on a show that has an LGBT plotline? That was the question that was asked of Candace Cameron Bure at a Television Critics Association sit down with fellow cast members Andrea Barber and Jodie Sweetin. Show producer Jeff Franklin said that an LGBT-inclusive plot line would be a "possibility." Candace Cameron Bure said this about the possibility of an LGBT plot line: "I’m always defending religious freedom and that’s what I was talking about on 'The View.' I didn’t describe my personal feelings about [marriage equality]. But I’m an actress on a television show and I support all things that we go through as human beings and would love all our characters to explore whatever issues that are current in our culture and our society today and I’m ...

"Fuller House" releases photos from the reunion episode.

Image
Everywhere you look, it is "Fuller House" this, "Fuller House" that. With the highly anticipated return of the Tanners set for next month, the stars and creators of the show have no shame in teasing the masses. Today, photos were released from the set of "Fuller House." The entire gang, minus the Olsen twins, congregated in the famed house, along with the child actors that will play DJ Tanner-Fuller's children, and Kimmy Gibbler's daughter. After all these years, the "Full House" vets are still close and are one big happy family. Fuller House, stop teasing us and move up the premiere already! Watch the ladies of 'Fuller House' Whip/Nae Nae in new promo.

Image
Earlier this week, Netflix released a new promo for upcoming show "Fuller House." The ladies of the show, Candace Cameron Bure, Jodie Sweetin, and Andrea Barber whipped and nae-naed for about 30 seconds. At the end of the promo, "Party's at our house" flashed onto the screen. Candace Cameron Bure and Jodie Sweetin showed off their dancing skills, but Andrea Barber sort of bowed out of the dance mid-way. She must have thought the same thing all of us thought: what a stupid dance, and what kind of drugs was the singer on when he wrote the song. Watch the promo for yourselves. As excited as I was about this show, I'm a bit nervous that they might showcase more sh*t music. God I miss the 80s and 90s.

"Fuller House" arriving February 2016 on Netflix.

Image
Starting February 26 2016, everywhere you look, you will see episodes of the "Full House" spinoff, "Fuller House ." The show will star Candace Cameron Bure, reprising her role as DJ Tanner-Fuller, a widowed veterinarian with young children. Jodie Sweetin is reprising her role as Stephanie Tanner, an aspiring musician who moves back in with DJ Tanner-Fuller. Andrea Barber will be reprising her role as DJ's best friend, Kimmy Gibbler. Gibbler moves in with DJ and Stephanie. Gibbler is a single mother, like DJ Tanner-Fuller. Both women will be helping one another in raising their children. Mark your calendars for February 26, 2016! This is not a drill!

Maksim and Val Chmerkovsky are headed to 'Fuller House.'

Image
photo credit: Zimbio Maksim and Val are known for their chiseled good looks and dancing skills. It looks like they will be known for something else very soon: acting. Yes, the handsome brothers are setting their sights on the acting world. The boys have signed on to 'Fuller House' and will play the love interests of DJ Tanner-Fuller and Stephanie Tanner. Maksim will be wooing DJ Tanner-Fuller, played by Candace Cameron Bure, while Val will be romancing Stephanie Tanner, played by Jodie Sweetin. As of right now, it looks like the characters will meet at a dance club at some point. Candace Cameron Bure already knows the Chmerkovsky boys very well, as she made it to the final 3 on 'Dancing With the Stars' in 2014. My Two Cents: I don't mind seeing the eye candy on 'Fuller House.' However, DJ HAS to end up with Steve (played by Scott Weinger). If she doesn't, I will no longer endorse the show. LOL!

"Full House" spinoff "Fuller House" is officially happening!

Image
photo credit: Tumblr Don't have a cow everyone.....the Tanners are back! For years, fans who grew up watching "Full House" have been left with unanswered questions as to what happened to DJ Tanner, Kimmy Gibbler, Stephanie Tanner, and the rest. Well, these questions will be officially answered ! John Stamos (uncle Jesse) made the announcement last night while on Jimmy Kimmel. Netflix has ordered 13 episodes, which will premiere in 2016. The show will center around DJ Tanner-Fuller (Candace Cameron-Bure), a veterinarian who is recently widowed. She is raising two kids (two teen boys), with a third on the way. Stephanie Tanner (Jodie Sweetin), lives with her older sister, and is an aspiring musician. Kimmy Gibbler (Andrea Barber), will be on hand, raising her rebellious teen daughter by herself. Stamos is set to appear on the show, and be its executive producer. The Olsen twins, Lori Loughlin, Dave Coulier, and Bob Saget are still in talks to appear. The show wi...
