Breaking: 'Saved by the Bell' star Dustin Diamond released from jail.

The 'Saved by the Bell' alum was released from jail on Monday, and subsequently entered a work release program. The 39-year-old was sentenced to 4 months in jail after being involved in a bar room stabbing in 2014. He began his jail sentence in mid-January 2016.

Diamond worked as a jail custodian during his sentence. The job entitled Diamond to one day of "good time" for every 24 hours worked. His hard work paid off, as he racked up 30 "good time" days. The 30 days gave him an early get-out-of-jail pass.

Nothing else has been reported about his release.
