Legendary rocker Meatloaf was performing a concert in Canada Thursday night when he suddenly collapsed on stage.
The 68-year-old was performing his hit song "I'd Do Anything For Love," when he experienced a health crisis and fell to the floor.

He was taken to an Edmonton hospital for treatment. Concert-goers tell reporters that the singer seemed "out of it" during the performance, and they were very concerned for his health.
Meatloaf had cancelled a concert in Calgary due to illness this past Monday.

In the last hour, Meatloaf's reps put out the following statement about Meatloaf's status:
"Meat Loaf collapsed Thursday night due to severe dehydration near the end of his concert at the Northern Jubilee Auditorium in Edmonton, Alberta Canada.
He was admitted to a nearby hospital to undergo routine tests. His vital signs are stable and normal — he's responsive and recovering well.
He extends his heartfelt thanks for everyone's support and well wishes, and is expecting a speedy and full recovery.
Any concert postponements / rescheduled dates will be announced at a later time.
Thank you for your support and understanding."
My Two Cents

Get well soon, Meatloaf! We love you!

Sharing my favorite Meatloaf song. It is so haunting and amazing. This song just shows his epic genius at creating songs that hit you right in the soul.
