Donald Trump refers to 'Obama-founded-ISIS' comment as "sarcasm."

Image
Photo Credit:newyorker Earlier this week, Donald Trump made a bold claim about both President Obama and presidential candidate Hillary Clinton. On Wednesday, Trump addressed his brainwashed followers in true fashion: a small jarb here, and a small jarb there. Then, he went for the gullet. He suggested that Hillary Clinton and Obama conspired together to create ISIS. During an interview following the rally, he insisted that his comments were true. Afterward, things spiraled for Trump as his comments spread like wildfire throughout all of social media. Here is what he said during the interview following the rally: "No, I meant he’s the founder of ISIS. I do. He was the most valuable player. I give him the most valuable player award. I give her, too, by the way, Hillary Clinton." In an attempt to save his a**, he logged onto Twitter and said that he was being " sarcastic ." On Friday, Trump tweeted the following: "Ratings challenged @CNN reports so ...

Bernie Sanders plans to vote for Hillary Clinton in November.

Image
Photo Credit: wcvb During an interview with MSNBC, Democratic presidential candidate Bernie Sanders revealed that he will be voting for presumptive Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton in November. "I think the issue right here is, I'm going to do everything I can to defeat Donald Trump. I think Trump in so many ways will be a disaster for this country, if he were to be elected president." Does this mean he is dropping out of the race? According to the Bern man, he is still fighting his way to the Democratic National Convention. Sanders told CBS this morning that he is not ready to endorse Clinton because she " hasn't brought forth the proposals that I think the American people need to hear. " Sanders is in talks to endorse Hillary Clinton at some point, but he is unsure of a timeline. He is still looking to see if they can work together to not only defeat Trump, but to strengthen America. What does this mean for his supporters? While nothing ...

Report: Bernie Sanders will be competing in the DC primary.

Image
Photo Credit: ABC News Despite not having enough delegates to secure him the Democratic nomination, Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders charges on. After meeting with President Obama on Thursday morning, he briefly spoke to reporters about his status in the race for the White House. Bernie Sanders did not take questions from the eager reporters. Rather, he told them that he will be competing in the DC Primary next Tuesday. He also stated that he will "do everything he can to prevent the presumptive GOP nominee from becoming president." While he did not mention the Democratic National Convention in his speech, he did say that he is hoping to meet with Hillary Clinton "in the near future." He hopes there is a way to come together and defeat Donald Trump. He then referred to Donald Trump as a "disaster."

Who is Barack Obama planning to endorse for President?

Image
Photo Credit: newslocker Around this time of year, we learn 3 of things: Who the Republican nominee is. Who the Democratic nominee is. Who the current President is supporting. While it is too early for any concrete news, sources in Washington, DC believe that Obama is going to throw all of his support Hillary Clinton's way. The announcement is expected to come this month, maybe as soon as next week. Clinton is less than 30 superdelegates away from clinching the Democratic nomination, a number she could easily surpass in tomorrow's primaries. In terms of Bernie Sanders, this is just another stack of odds that continue to pile up against him. President Obama also plans to speak out about Donald Trump's latest racist remarks (re: the California rally where he pointed out to an African-American, said " look at my African-American ," and continued to say African-American in the most inappropriate ways possible). Advisors to the President state that the Pr...

Breaking: Rand Paul drops out of presidential race.

Image
Another one bites the dust! GOP hopeful Rand Paul announced on Wednesday that he is ending his campaign for the 2016 presidential election. He issued the following statement: "Today, I will end where I began, ready and willing to fight for the cause of liberty. Across the country thousands upon thousands of young people flocked to our message of limited government, privacy, criminal justice reform and a reasonable policy. Brush fires of liberty were ignited, and those will carry on, as will I." Paul suspended his campaign after coming in 5th in the Iowan Caucus. Even though his hopes for winning the election are now kaput, he is up for re-election in the senate. My Two Cents: Lord, please push Ben Carson, Donald Trump, Ted Cruz, and the rest of the fools to drop out of the race. There is no room in this country for racist, homophobic, and misogynistic "politicians."

Mike Huckabee ends presidential race

Image
The clown car has lost another member. Mike Huckabee announced yesterday that he was officially ending his campaign. He thanked his followers for their support. In the tweet he hash-tagged #ImWithHucK. The announcement comes after Ted Cruz declared victory in the Iowan caucus. My Two Cents: Hopefully the rest of the clowns will follow suit and end their racist, homophobic, and misogynistic campaigns. That means you, Trump!

Breaking: Donald Trump officially enters the 2016 Presidential race.

Image
In a highly anticipated announcement, Donald Trump officially threw his toupee into the presidential race . He is the second major republican candidate to enter the race within the past two days. His speech had a little bit of everything rolled into it: jabs at republicans and Obama, self-boasting, and rather low-brow comments: "I will be the greatest jobs president that God ever created." His most "classiest" comment came when he referenced Mexicans: "They're sending people that have lots of problems and they're bringing their problems. They're bringing drugs, they're bringing crime, they're rapists, and some I assume are good people but I speak to border guards and they tell us what we are getting." My Two Cents:   In terms of whether or not he has my vote, here is my response:
