Photo Credit: herstoryshow If you don't know the name Jen Richards, you're about to. Richards, who has been seen on 'I Am Cait,' will play a physical therapist who will be helping one of the series regulars through some difficult challenges. It is rumored that the series regular she will be helping is Juliette Barnes (played by Hayden Panettiere). If you remember the horrific last moments of the series/season 4 finale, Juliette Barnes' plane went missing, hanging her fate in the balance. If you want to check out some of Jen Richards' work, you have to watch 'Her Story.' Richards is the star and the writer of the production. She also co-produced a docu-series called 'More Than T.' Nashville returns on Thursday January 5, 2017 at 9pm on CMT! I seriously cannot wait! Welcome to this amazing show, Jen Richards! <3

Is Connie Britton leaving 'Nashville?'

Image
Photo Credit: YouTube Say it isn't so! Reports suggest that Connie Britton, who plays 'queen of country' Rayna James, is exiting the show after the upcoming 5th season. Several sources report that Britton is only appearing in 10 out of the 22 episodes in the upcoming season, which leads people to believe that her character may be written off the show. Britton did suggest that she may be leaving the show after the 5th season, according to Hello Giggles. A source close to 'Nashville,' however, state that negotiations are still ongoing. Earlier this week, we learned that season 5 of 'Nashville' will premiere on Thursday, January 5 at 9pm on CMT. Some good news on the horizon: Hayden Panettiere, who plays Juliette Barnes, has signed on to appear in all 22 episodes of season 5. The same goes for Chris Carmack, Maisy and Lennon Stella, Clare Bowen, Jonathan Jackson, Charles Esten, and Sam Palladio. As we all know, Will Chase and Aubrey Peeples will n...

Photo Credit: metrouk Looks like we may be seeing more of Rayna James and Juliette Barnes! According to Variety, Connie Britton and Hayden Panettiere are at the "very last stages" of their negotiations. Sources close to the actresses say that it is a "done deal." Guess what, ya'll? They are not alone! Chris Carmack, Jonathan Jackson, Charles Esten, Sam Palladio, Clare Bowen, Maisy Stella, and Lennon Stella are set to return as well! We are learning that the fifth season of our beloved 'Nashville' will be a full, 22-episode season. Earlier this month, we learned that Aubrey Peeples and Will Chase had exited the show. It is possible that we may see Luke Wheeler and Layla Grant in a few guest appearances in the future. When we last say our favorite TV characters, we were left shocked when Juliette Barnes' plane went missing. With Hayden Panetierre poised to come back to 'Nashville,' perhaps this means that Juliette Barnes is alive and ...

'Nashville' will be without two series regulars in season five.

Photo Credit: vulture Fans rejoiced when CMT picked up hit TV show 'Nashville' for a fifth season. Yesterday, news broke that the show will be without two series regulars. It is being reported that Aubrey Peeples and Will Chase have departed the show. The last time we saw Will Chase (Luke Wheeler), he had just helped client Will Lexington fight against homophobia. We also saw him reconnect with his son and ex-wife. Any loose ends that we had with Luke Wheeler were tied up. The last time we saw Aubrey Peeples (Layla), she had just been exposed for lying to Avery in order to keep Avery and Juliette apart. All of this stems from the loss she suffered when Jeff Fordham died trying to save Juliette Barnes. Layla decided to get revenge on Juliette Barnes by stealing Avery away from her, making him fall for her. After Avery found out the truth, he told her off. We saw Layla exposed as the horrible villain that she is. The departures of Will Chase and Aubrey Peeples would ha...

It's official! 'Nashville' is headed to CMT!

Photo Credit: WBALTV The winner for the "Best News Ever" award goes to: 'Nashville being saved by CMT!' After weeks of negotiations, CMT and the makers of 'Nashville' reached a decision on Thursday to bring back the beloved show. The city of Nashville, and the rest of Tennessee, saw that the show could bring more jobs and tourists into Nashville, and they couldn't help but jump at the chance to resurrect the show. As of right now, the entire 'Nashville' cast is expected to return. The only change about the show is that it will have a new creative team. My Two Cents You all know I'm a HUGE fan of the show, so you can imagine the dance of joy I did when I read the news. I've actually been re-watching the entire series over this past week. I cannot wait for season 5 to premiere. Thank you, CMT!! #viewerforlife
