Good day, readers! I have decided to start a series about receiving help for severe depression and alcohol dependency. As most of you know, I have been suffering from a painful spinal condition for nearly 3 years now. Since the pain started in 2013, I have noticed my mental state decline. This year, however, things have taken a turn for the worse. With my spine continuing to deteriorate, I have become more depressed. My neurosurgeon told me that I need to stop working until we find out what the problem is and fix it. In my personal life, my mental decline had taken its toll on my long-term relationship with the 'love of my life.' I decided to move back home to see if the distance may help both of us. This is going to be a fairly serious post, and the only reason why I am writing this is because I know that many people out there are dealing with struggles. I want you all to know that you're not alone. Onto my story: For two and a half years, I been dealing with significant back pain. In 2014, I had a back surgery and the recovery was very tough. During my one year check up, the CT Scan and X-Ray showed that the surgery failed. While I was still dealing with moderate to severe pain, I still wanted to live my life like a normal human being, so I decided to go back to work. My pain levels increased substantially. The actress asked to be released from a psychiatric treatment facility on Thursday and the facility approved the release. Three days ago, a judge ordered that she needs to spend another month in treatment. On Thursday, Bynes was seen on Sunset Strip wearing large sunglasses and a dark coat. She was seen walking Sunset Boulevard looking for a hotel to spend the night at. She was also seen eating dinner at a nearby diner. My thoughts: Here is what I don't get. Obviously something is bothering this poor girl. To say that nothing is wrong is just ludicrous to me.
