Pornhub 'in talks' to buy Tumblr from Verizon and make it NSFW.

Adult website Pornhub is "extremely interested" in purchasing Tumblr from Verizon. The hope is for Tumblr to be restored to its former NSFW glory.

Corey Price, Vice President of Pornhub had this to say about Thursday's announcement:
"We've long been dismayed that such measures were taken to eradicate erotic communities on the platform, leaving many individuals without an asylum through which they could comfortably peruse adult content."
In December 2018, Tumblr banned adult content.

The news comes after WSJ reports  Verizon is looking to offload Tumblr after the social media site failed to meet its revenue goals.

My two cents

Not surprised by this in the least. After all, Pornhub is known for its "rough and Tumblr" content.

Why TNT did not air the season premiere of "The Last Ship."

TNT decided to postpone the season 3 premiere due to the tragedy that took place in Orlando, Florida in the early hours of Sunday morning. At least 50 people died, and another 53 were injured when a gunman opened fire at a popular club in Florida. Season 3 of "The Last Ship" was to open with gunshots being fired at a nightclub full of patrons. TNT has not announced a new premiere date for the season premiere of "The Last Ship." My Two Cents I am really glad that TNT had enough respect to postpone the premiere. Even though I am a fan of the show, I think it would be inappropriate to show an episode involving that subject matter. Thank you, TNT! Actor Wil Wheaton criticizes Paul Ryan's response to Texas Church shooting.

Ryan tweeted for a "call to prayer." Wheaton subsequently posted the following in response: "The murdered victims were in a church. If prayers did anything, they'd still be alive, you worthless sack of s**t." After receiving a TON of backlash, Wheaton tried to explain his tweet in a series of later tweets: "Hey, real and actual people of faith: I hear you. I apologise for insulting you, in my rage at Paul Ryan's refusal to address gun violence." He also stated that Paul Ryan is someone who exploits his faith by hiding behind his words without conducting actual good deeds.
