We were all left devastated by the cancellation of 'Nashville,' even more so when the series finale ended on a very cruel cliffhanger. Since the finale aired, the show's execs and creators have been looking for another network to save the show. After several TV networks have expressed interest, one network has shown incredible promise: CMT.

CMT, or Country Music Television, has studied the numbers that 'Nashville' pulled in on major network station ABC, and they have realized that the show could be a HUGE winner for the network. While it is already a strong channel for those in the country music demographic, saving 'Nashville' could bring in a wealth of new viewers.

The cast is still under "long-term deals" with Lionsgate. Since the show hasn't officially been renewed by CMT, the list of returning cast members has not been released.

So, don't put dirt on 'Nashville's' grave just yet. Come hell or come high water, this show is coming back!
