Not cool, Lindsay: Lindsay Lohan dresses up like Sharon Tate on Charles Manson's birthday.

It has been a while since we last heard the name Lindsay Lohan in the news. Unfortunately, she has decided to grace the news again, and in a pretty distasteful way.

The actress/singer donned a flowery crop top with short shorts and thigh high boots. She posted the photo on social media with the following message:
“I LOVE SHARON TATE #CANCERmeetsAQUARIUS #themelook #hippieWINTERCHIC."

Charles Manson is serving 9 consecutive life sentences in prison for the murders of several people, including Sharon Tate. He orchestrated the actress' murder in 1969 when she was 8 and a half months pregnant.

(Former) Fans of Lohan took to social media and blasted her for being disrespectful to the memory of the late Sharon Tate.

Lindsay Lohan has not commented on the backlash that she has received.

My Two Cents:

If Lohan is trying to stay relevant in society, this is NOT the way to do it. Sharon Tate's murder was a tragedy, and dressing like her on her murderer's birthday is just tacky and disgraceful. I hope someday you realize how childish that was and I hope one day you apologize for disgracing her memory.
