Jen Richards signs onto 'Nashville' as CMT's first transgender character.

If you don't know the name Jen Richards, you're about to. Richards, who has been seen on 'I Am Cait,' will play a physical therapist who will be helping one of the series regulars through some difficult challenges.
It is rumored that the series regular she will be helping is Juliette Barnes (played by Hayden Panettiere). If you remember the horrific last moments of the series/season 4 finale, Juliette Barnes' plane went missing, hanging her fate in the balance.

If you want to check out some of Jen Richards' work, you have to watch 'Her Story.' Richards is the star and the writer of the production. She also co-produced a docu-series called 'More Than T.'

One type of tiny home that is growing in popularity is a Bodega home. The Bodega is a very nice tiny home. The thing that makes the Bodega different than other tiny homes is that it isn't mobile. So if you plan on living in a Bodega home, make sure you have land to build it on. Your Bodega may cost you anywhere from $15,000 to $25,000 to build. On some Bodega homes, you are able to expand the space for an extra bedroom or home office. Bodega homes can be as small as 65sq feet, and as large as 800sq feet.

The series aired for 7 seasons before ending in 2014. Since Gordon Ramsay ended 'Kitchen Nightmares,' many fans wonder which restaurants have stood the test of time, and which ones did not.
