Should you, or shouldn't you, shave....down there?

According to the amazing and iconic Janeane Grarafalo, you shouldn't.

One of my favorite funny lady feminists, Janeane Garafalo recently did a comedy show and brought up the subject of shaving our vaginas, and she thinks that we shouldn't be shaving.
Research shows that 80% of women under the age of 35 shave their vaginas. During Garafalo's recent comedy stand-up, she urged the crowd to stop shaving their "maidenhood." Garafalo describes the shaving of the vaginal area as "pandering" and that the pubic hair is needed in that region.

My favorite part of the show was when she likened a hairy vagina to a self-cleaning oven. Immediately afterward, she apologized to the crowd for the visual. LOL!

This is the reason why I absolutely love her! She says EXACTLY whats on her mind.

Closing the show, she had a few choice words for men who are attracted to women who have hairless vaginas. She believes those men are attracted to pre-adolescent females. She said that those men are a "person of interest" to her (basically meaning, she wants to hurt you horribly, and so do I).

As far as my opinion on whether or not you should shave your vagina, it's up to you. Just keep them clean and maintained. Don't allow society to dictate how you maintain your vagina. Society doesn't own your vagina. YOU DO.
