'Princeton Mom' says that getting raped while drunk is a "learning experience."

Yup, Princeton bitch is back, and this time, she is hitting 'below the belt.'

Just when you thought Princeton Mom couldn't stoop any lower, she proves us wrong.
Princeton Mom, aka Susan Patton was on CNN the other day and she stated that the modern definition of rape was meaningless, and she does not understand why women in that situation can't just get up and leave.
Also, she said that women who have been raped probably use the term to cover up a clumsy hook-up or a regrettable sexual experience. She called rape a "learning experience."
The host of the show, a domestic abuse survivor spoke her mind to Patton. The host concluded her schpeel, saying that she will never contact Patton for support if, God forbid, she gets abused in the future.
Patton, on the other hand, said that the host needs to exercise self-control and to have better judgement next time.

My Two Cents:
Here's what I don't get. A woman, who supposedly is Ivy League educated, decides that women who are raped are just covering up a regrettable hook-up. She blames the victim and does not understand why a woman cannot just get up and leave, or tell the guy to stop.
Susan Patton, rape is violent. These men that commit rape are running on power, hate, and evil. A women cannot just get up and leave. Some of these women are being chained down. A lot of these women are being threatened by the rapist. These women are frozen in fear, while the guy destroys her world. Afterward, these women feel less than human. It's as if they have been ripped apart. Life is never the same again.
Of course, Susan Patton cannot understand that. She went to college, found her husband when she should have been focusing on her studies and career, and lived the 1950s "Leave it to Beaver" bullshit of a life. She is blind to what happens in the real world. I know a lot of people who have been raped and sexually assaulted (I'm one of them), and none of us were "asking for it." Even if a woman is drunk, that does not give the man the right to take advantage of her.

Should we take responsibility for our actions? That's a loaded question and Patton brought up that subject. I think women should know how to protect themselves from an attacker (pepper spray, karate, gun, etc), but these aren't necessarily things that prevent a woman from getting raped. Many rape victims have had some method of protection from an attacker. Some of these women are violently raped regardless. Patton said that women have to be the responsible ones and not get raped. What about the guy? So women have to take all of the responsibility, while the guy gets a slap on the wrist, and a finger wagging in their direction? I don't fucking think so.
Whomever committed the crime is at fault, and the fault lies with the rapist. He needs to go to jail, get raped by his cell mate, and be hanged.

All of this is another example of why rape culture still exists, and why we still need feminism!
