TLC cancels "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo" because of June's sex offender boyfriend.

Here Comes Honey Boo Boo....there goes Honey Boo Boo.

TLC has decided to cancel the one-time ratings goldmine, due to reports that 35 year old June Shannon is dating a man who was convicted of child molestation in 2004.
TLC released the following statement to People Magazine:
"Supporting the health and welfare of these remarkable children is our only priority. TLC is faithfully committed to the children's ongoing comfort and well being."
All activities related to "Honey Boo Boo" have also been cancelled.
On Thursday, June Shannon released a statement saying that the reports are not true, and that her children are her first priority. Unfortunately, her apology meant jack shit to TLC.

I don't blame TLC for cancelling the show. I applaud them for yanking the show as soon as the news broke. If the news is true, why would June Shannon subject her young daughters and grand-kids (yes, the 35 year old is a grandmother. She's 3 years older than me and she's a fucking grandmother. That still hasn't sank in. Anyways, I digress) to a fucking child molester? They should NOT be around children. They shouldn't even be allowed to have children.

If the reports are true, I hope they never put the "reality" show back on the air. I think June should be ashamed of herself for bringing that monster around her children (and grandchildren). As annoying as Alana (aka "Honey Boo Boo") is, I feel bad for her. The people her mother associates with are killing her career.

If the reports are NOT true, I think a bunch of media vultures owe the "Boo Boo" family a big apology.
