'Human Ken Doll' to Release Own 'Doll' Line
Twenty year old Celso Santebanes has made it his life's ambition to look and be "perfect (and he has gone to great lengths for ultimate perfection)." In fact, the Brazilian model has spent £30,000, or $50,470.50 in US currency in order to look perfect.
Santebanes has had 4 nose, chin, and jaw implants. He's also undergone silicone implants to replicate the Ken doll's muscular chest.
Not only is he becoming a doll on the outside, he is becoming one on the inside as well. He has been going around 'behaving like a puppet.'
So, how did the human Ken doll get his start? He had entered a modeling competition when he was 16 and ended up winning. His friends kept telling him how much he looked like the Ken doll. It was then he began his transformation.
Four years later, Santebanes isn't done yet. He reports that he is 90% done with his transformation. He is working on getting muscular like Ken. He is spending time at the gym and he also plans on having more surgeries.
He also plans on meeting "Human Barbie' herself, Valeria Lukyanova. After all, what's Ken without Barbie, right? Who knows, we may have a real life Barbie and Ken wedding and dream house in our lifetime.

To be honest, I'm not your typical girl. I wasn't a huge fan of the whole Barbie thing. I remember being a kid and taking the doll heads off of the barbies. I just didn't understand what the big deal was about the dolls. I liked playing with cars, legos, lincoln logs, dress up and computer games. I was mainly a tomboy.
I remember one instance during daycare where I got in trouble for throwing a girl's barbie doll into a fireplace. I was 9 and the girl had pissed me off. I don't remember what she did, but she was being bitchy enough for me to throw her barbie into the fireplace. I ended up getting a timeout for the act. I gave a fake apology and went about my day.
I swear I'm not crazy, I just didn't like barbie and ken dolls. They were dogshit to me. But, if these two want to look and act the part, more power to them! If they are happy that way, that's all that matters. If all people were happy with themselves, the world would be a better place, or something.
