Muslim woman removed from flight after attendant "felt uncomfortable."

huh
In this edition of hatemongering, we take a look at a Muslim woman who was kicked off of a Southwest Airlines flight because a flight attendant was uncomfortable by her presence.

Hakima Abdulle boarded a flight to Seattle in order to help a loved one with a pregnancy. Abdulle asked the man sitting next to her if she could have the aisle seat. He agreed. The flight attendant came to her seat and informed her that changing seats is not allowed (actually, there is an open seating policy). Abdulle was removed from the flight and rebooked onto another flight.

Police asked the flight attendant about her reason for removing Mrs. Abdulle. The flight attendant said nothing, except that she felt "uncomfortable" with the passenger.

Abdulle's husband made a statement, saying:
“She was humiliated because of her religion and the way she dressed. She was crying in front of everybody. They ignored me.”

huh
The Abdulle's lawyer said that it is a violation of federal law to discriminate against passengers over their religion.
The lawyer states that he has received six reports, similar to Abdulle's since the beginning of 2016.

Earlier this week, an Iraqi refugee and a college student were kicked off a Southwest Airlines flight (I'm beginning to see an unfortunate pattern with this airline) after speaking Arabic on a phone call. One of the Arabic words spoken was misheard by a female passenger, and she alerted an attendant.

My Two Cents

Oh my god. When are we going to stop punishing an entire group of people because of something a bunch of idiot radicals did years ago? Not all Muslims are terrorists. The terrorists make up a very small and prickly portion of Muslims. When is this country going to stop punishing the innocent?

Yes, we have had our guards up since 9/11, and we should be vigilant. However, that doesn't mean that we disparage everyone of Middle-Eastern descent. Can you imagine how the good people of the Muslim faith feel? From now, until the end of time, they will always be associated with what happened. Is that really fair? No. It's not fair at all.

I know that I will get crapped on for sticking up for those of Middle-Eastern descent, but I don't care. I stick up for the innocent.

Please stop associating everyone of Middle-Eastern descent with terrorism. Maybe someday we won't be associated with being hatemongering pieces of dog sh*t (this is a dig at members of my culture that discriminate against your culture. The racists are hatemongering pieces of dig sh*t).

By the way, I'm going to boycott Southwest Airlines for how they treated the people I spoke about. I am not Muslim, but I stick up for the innocent. Hakima, the student, and the refugee were all innocent in this. Southwest Airlines, you need to get your act together. You need to train your employees on how to be kind to passengers, no matter who they are, what they believe in, or who they love.
