According to some sources, the 36 year old was seen getting rather cozy with the 21 year old while partying in West Hollywood.
After the Biebs performed two songs, he turned his attention to Kourtney Kardashian. Both were seen smoking on a patio and flirting. The two left for another hotspot in West Hollywood. After some time together, they left the club separately.

Reps for Kardashian and Bieber have not responded to the rumors.

My Two Cents:

I'm going to admit something right here: I watch "Keeping Up With The Kardashians." I've seen every episode and I don't think Kourtney Kardashian is dating Justin Bieber. I mean, Bieber is 10 years younger than Scott (and dumb as hell), and Scott has the IQ of a gerbil. I think if Kourtney Kardashian were to date again, she probably wouldn't choose a man-child like Bieber.

Why TNT did not air the season premiere of "The Last Ship."

TNT decided to postpone the season 3 premiere due to the tragedy that took place in Orlando, Florida in the early hours of Sunday morning. At least 50 people died, and another 53 were injured when a gunman opened fire at a popular club in Florida. Season 3 of "The Last Ship" was to open with gunshots being fired at a nightclub full of patrons. TNT has not announced a new premiere date for the season premiere of "The Last Ship." My Two Cents I am really glad that TNT had enough respect to postpone the premiere. Actor Wil Wheaton criticizes Paul Ryan's response to Texas Church shooting.

Ryan tweeted for a "call to prayer." Wheaton subsequently posted the following in response: "The murdered victims were in a church. If prayers did anything, they'd still be alive, you worthless sack of s**t." After receiving a TON of backlash, Wheaton tried to explain his tweet in a series of later tweets: "Hey, real and actual people of faith: I hear you. I apologise for insulting you, in my rage at Paul Ryan's refusal to address gun violence." He also stated that Paul Ryan is someone who exploits his faith by hiding behind his words without conducting actual good deeds.
