Sorry ya'll! Adele isn't playing the Super Bowl halftime show.

While all of us Adele fans would love to see her perform during the Super Bowl halftime show, it isn't going to happen.
At her L.A. concert on Saturday, Adele broke the news to concertgoers, saying:
"First of all, I’m not doing the Super Bowl. I mean, come on, that show is not about music. And I don’t really — I can’t dance or anything like that. They were very kind, they did ask me, but I said no."
There was talk last week that Adele was being courted to play the halftime show.

*sigh*

Wait! I have an idea: Joan Jett and the Blackhearts. Seriously Super Bowl suits, get on that! Yeah, there won't be dancing, but you will see millions of people rocking out hard!

Why TNT did not air the season premiere of "The Last Ship."

Photo credit: screenrant Fans who were awaiting the season premiere of "The Last Ship" last night were met with disappointment. TNT decided to postpone the season 3 premiere due to the tragedy that took place in Orlando, Florida in the early hours of Sunday morning. At least 50 people died, and another 53 were injured when a gunman opened fire at a popular club in Florida. Season 3 of "The Last Ship" was to open with gunshots being fired at a nightclub full of patrons. TNT has not announced a new premiere date for the season premiere of "The Last Ship." My Two Cents I am really glad that TNT had enough respect to postpone the premiere. Even though I am a fan of the show, I think it would be inappropriate to show an episode involving that subject matter. Thank you, TNT! Actor Wil Wheaton criticizes Paul Ryan's response to Texas Church shooting.

Ryan tweeted for a "call to prayer." Wheaton subsequently posted the following in response: "The murdered victims were in a church. If prayers did anything, they'd still be alive, you worthless sack of s**t." After receiving a TON of backlash, Wheaton tried to explain his tweet in a series of later tweets: "Hey, real and actual people of faith: I hear you. I apologise for insulting you, in my rage at Paul Ryan's refusal to address gun violence." He also stated that Paul Ryan is someone who exploits his faith by hiding behind his words without conducting actual good deeds.
